An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) demonstrates your organization’s commitment to mental health in the workplace.
At The Redwood Practice we offer a range of EAP packages to fit all types of organizations, including the option to either ‘pay-per-use’ or elect a package based on a percentage of the size of your organization.
We will also tailor the number of sessions to be included in the package and the option for you to approve any additional sessions.
A further offering within our Employee Assistance Program is the option to provide onsite support for employee’s during difficult periods, such as an organizational restructure.
